URGENT MESSAGE FROM BROOME-TIOGA BOCES FOOD SERVICE: There is currently a national shortage of cardboard that is used to make half pint milk containers. They are estimating stock will return in early 2024 for this product. As a result, WE WILL NOT BE SERVING MILK FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT FEW WEEKS. We WILL have juice available at both breakfast and lunch for students to drink.

The New York State Education Department (NYSED) requires school district websites to comply with provisions of New York State Education Law § 2-d and the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA). Susquehanna Valley CSD is committed to meeting or exceeding all state and federal transparency requirements on making data privacy and security information easily accessible for parents and eligible students.  

The Data Privacy and Security pages on our website will ensure that parents and eligible students are informed as to how they can file privacy complaints with the educational agency/the NYSED Privacy Office and how they can exercise their opt-out rights under FERPA.
