IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATE:
Due to the excessive heat forecast for this week, Susquehanna Valley CSD will be dismissing MS students at 11:30 and elementary students at 12:30 on Tuesday, 6/18.  Regents exams will be held as scheduled, however we will be moving the primary Regents Exam testing location to the MS cafeteria for all remaining exams. Students who use separate locations will still use those locations as planned.

Our Vision

The core of our mission is to foster a dynamic learning environment with elevated standards, and central to achieving this goal is the seamless integration of technology into our daily instructional practices. Embracing technology as a fundamental component, we strive to enhance the learning experience through diverse modalities, while also encouraging effective communication and collaboration among our community members.

We pledge to provide comprehensive training for both our students and staff, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing technology to its fullest potential. Moreover, we recognize the significance of ethical technology usage and are committed to instilling these values in our learners.

As the Susquehanna Valley Central School District, we take pride in our commitment to equip our students with the essential skills needed to be technologically adept and competitive in an ever-evolving world. By nurturing technological literacy, we empower our students to thrive and succeed in the face of constant change.

One to One Environment

Susquehanna Valley currently has a one to one environment with each student 3-12 receiving Chromebooks and students PK-2 using iPads.

The aim of our one to one environment is to give every student their own device for more personalized education. The school-sponsored devices can be loaded with textbooks, programs, and lessons that educators specifically design. The unlimited access that students have to these resources at home and in school allows them more individualized learning at their own pace and an uninterrupted access to resources.
