Spring Sports Registrations

At this time the FAMILY ID website is open for the spring  2021-2022 sports registrations.  This includes both modified sports (grades 7/8) and high school sports (9-12).   Please find the attached welcome letter provided to us by FamilyID.  If you are new to this program, or just need general assistance in getting your athletes registered, this will certainly help.  

Spring Season Start Dates:
High School Sports (JV and Varsity) 
Monday, March 14th

Middle School Sports (Modified) 
Monday, March 28th 
(Depending on the sport, some modified coaches may wait and start practices on April 4th rather than March 28th)

***When you sign up your athlete in Family ID please be sure to sign your athlete up for the correct level of play based on their current grade in school.  

***Please note:  When you are finished with the registration process in Family ID it will likely indicate that your athlete is 'NOT APPROVED'. Don't worry!  Our school nurses have to go in and check on sports physical exam status and then give their final approval before your athlete will be officially approved.    

Sports Physical Exams
All athletes who participate in sports at any time during this school year will need an updated physical exam.  MANY of our athletes had sports physicals prior to the start of both the fall and winter season, but I am sure that there are still some athletes that didn't participate in sports during one of those 2 seasons that will need an exam to start practices in March.  Sports physicals are valid for one calendar year from the month of completion.  If you are not sure of the status of your athlete's physical exam you can contact the nurse in the building where your student attends.  If your athlete still needs a physical exam please find the attached exam form that you should take with you when the exam is conducted:
