Lockheed Martin pays a visit

Francis P. Donnelly Elementary School students took "playing with Legos" to a whole new level Friday, October 27, thanks to a team of visitors from Lockheed Martin. Students worked in teams with our special guests to build working Lego bots. Under the guidance of the LM team, the students used their Chromebooks and a software program to construct small working robots to compete in a little friendly tug-'o-war competition. The LM team also included a laser expert who provided a brief demonstration. PHOTOS HERE.
