The future is cooking for SV's Justin Mangan

Susquehanna Valley's own Justin Mangan is really cooking up a bright future for himself! There are all kinds of "arts" in education today, and Justin has found his calling in the culinary kind. Not only did Justin excel in Susquehanna Valley High School's culinary classes, he has returned to Jessica Esperon-Meneilly's FACS classroom as a lab assistant, continued to excel in the Broome-Tioga BOCES Culinary program, and also earned the Most Valuable Person medal for his role within the winning team in that program's "Bistro Wars!" (Justin is second from right in the picture). Oh, and he's presently cooking at Social on State.
