Early Release for Solar Eclipse

On Monday, April 8, 2024, the Susquehanna Valley CSD will release students at 11:30 a.m. from the secondary campus and at 12:30 p.m. from the elementary schools so that students are able to experience the solar eclipse.  All students will be provided with a pair of solar eclipse glasses on or before April 8.  Additionally, all science teachers are being asked to provide instruction related to the solar eclipse that is age and grade-appropriate on or before April 8.

The SV High School gymnasium was a flurry of activity March 6 as the Peer Leaders played host to the 4th Annual Volley for Mental Health Volleyball Tournament. Lifeguard Training Course

SV High School will be holding a blended learning Lifeguarding class (Red Cross) during the month of March. Lifeguard course participants must be 15 years old, a strong swimmer and must pass a swimming pre-test.  Anyone interested must complete this Lifeguard Registration Google Form: (https://forms.gle/6Nh18BSDH2zo9LLH7) by next Monday, March 4.
