Someone who was influential to you becoming who you are today: For me, my biggest influence was Mrs.Olds. Mrs. Olds is mainly the band director at Susquehanna Valley High School and teaches a few other classes such as Music Theory, and percussion ensemble. Mrs.Olds is one of the few teachers who dedicate their life and then more to their students. She takes the time to get to know them on a personal level, but never over steps boundaries. She makes sure that students are never left out, always have a safe place and gets a great education at the same time. She has been there for me through so much. She’s helped me with life problems, school and so much more. Without her impact on my life I’m not sure I would be so successful coming out of high school. She is the epitome of Saber Pride, Saber spirit and Saber Dedication to school and community. I can’t thank her enough for the amazing person and teacher she is. I will miss her so much. Momma Olds will always be my biggest influence that came from SV.
