SV Students Claim 2015 Scholastic Art Awards

The Arnot Art Museum is pleased to announce the winners in the 2015 New York/Pennsylvania Scholastic Art Awards program. 809 works were entered for adjudication; 191received awards. Congratulations to the following Susquehanna Valley High School students who where accepted into the show.

Please join us, along with dignitaries, teachers, parents, education administrators, and the young artists of New York and Pennsylvania at the 72nd Annual Awards Ceremony on Sunday, February 1st, 2015, at noon at the Clemens Center in Elmira, New York. This special event honors all of our students, teachers, and schools, and gives us the opportunity to publicly recognize the young artists of our region.  American Visions Best-In-Show honors will be announced during the event.

Please also plan to visit the Museum following the ceremony for a reception. The Scholastics ‘15 exhibition will be unveiled at that time, and will be on view in the East Gallery throughout the month of February. The entire Museum will be open to guests of the Scholastic Art Awards until 3 pm.
