Six of SV's finest in NYSSMA Festival
Six of SV's finest student musicians earned spots in the NYSSMA (New York State School Music Association) Zone 3 Area All-State Festival. Students were selected based on their score on NYSSMA solos from last spring, and selection is considered an honor. Representing Susquehanna Valley: Julia Black (Area All-State Mixed Chorus), Emily Howland, Nathaniel Rose, Kaitlyn Stewart and Christina Waite (Area All-State Band), and Erin Oakley (Area All State Orchestra).
