Thank You SV Board of Education

The Susquehanna Valley School District is honoring the dedication and commitment of our seven-member Board of Education. The week of October 27 - 31 has been proclaimed School Board Recognition Week in Broome County and New York State to show appreciation for the crucial role volunteer school board members play in the success of our students. We recognize the time and effort required of board members and we thank them for all they do on behalf of our students, for the good of our school community.

"The work board members do - much of which goes largely unnoticed - is vital to the support of our mission to provide our students with an exceptional learning environment, opportunities for growth, tremendous extracurricular activities and a strong Saber community spirit," said Gerardo Tagliaferri, Superintendent of Schools. "On behalf of our students, faculty and staff - and all of our school community - a heartfelt thank you to the members of our board of education."
