On Friday, May 30, the SV Sabers Varsity Baseball team earned its first Section 4 Championship in school history! Senior Ryan Caroway shut down the Union Springs Wolves' offense - surrendering just 3 hits and no runs. The Sabers scored three runs on 8 hits and relied on some fine defensive play to earn the title for second year coach Brendan Heslin. Next up for the Sabers: Section 3 champs Clinton.
