Sabers stars signing ceremonies a sure sign of spring
It's a sure sign of spring in Susquehanna Valley country when Director of Athletics Ed Swartwout hosts college signing ceremonies for Saber student athletes continuing on to college. On February 24, good friends Makenna DeMoney and Payton Lloyd opted for a joint ceremony, sitting together with their parents as dozens of fellow students and supporters cheered them on. Makenna will attend Keuka College, where she will play softball, and Payton will continue her education at King's College, and play ice hockey. Isabella Gaskins took her turn in the Saber spotlight March 18, signing her letter of intent to attend Cazenovia College, and play softball for the Wildcats. March 24, Saber varsity football standout Dylan Andrade made his plans official to attend St. John Fisher College and join their football program.
