SV High concert features tricks and treats
The Susquehanna Valley High School music department's annual "Spooktacular" concert October 25 was a scary good time! A standing room only crowd in the high school auditorium was treated to a number of excellent musical selections from the Jazz Band, Chamber Orchestra, Concert Choir and Concert Band. In the spirit of Halloween, many of the student musicians performed in costumes. One of the choir selections featured a special guest: Audry the plant from Little Shop of Horrors, who sang beautifully. Following the concert, children roamed the halls of the high school in costume for some pre-season trick-or-treating. It was the kind of community event that makes SV a great place to live and learn.
