Richard T. Stank Middle School 7th grade students Adam Crocker and Aiden McLean participated in the 4th Annual Broome-Tioga BOCES App Challenge. Their task was to create an app that informs others about environmental issues, pollution challenges, and/or climate change. Along with the app, they had to create a commercial about the app (which you can watch at this link:

This dynamic duo earned a TOP 5 spot in the competition! We are very proud of these young men, who were feted at an awards dinner, where they received their distinctive gold shirts! They were joined at the dinner by their Advisor, Rita Foran, and RTS Principal Laura Karlson.
