Homecoming a Saber Nation Celebration

This year's HOMECOMING PARADE - under a crystal clear sky, a welcome change from the rain of Homecoming 2018 - was led by a group of SV High Class of 1969 alumni. Indeed, it was reunion weekend for alumni from three separate classes. For many of them, it was the first time seeing the new and improved high school campus as administrators hosted WALKING TOURS to show off the work that's been done in a number of capital projects. In the traditional HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME, the Sabers easily handled Harpursville/Afton, notching a 61-0 victory - the Sabers' 18th consecutive victory over the last two seasons. At halftime, it was the HOMECOMING COURT's turn in the spotlight, as Brooke Ryder and Jahreed Isles were crowned the 2019 Homecoming Queen and King.  Thank you one and all for sharing your day with us.
