Susquehanna Valley High School senior Jack Dyson has built a bench to commemorate Lee Norris, an SV High and Brookside Elementary alumnus who died tragically in 2018 at the age of 30 as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning in his home. The bench was officially unveiled in its permanent home - the Brookside lobby - during a dedication ceremony September 20, where Jack formally presented the bench to the school and Lee's family, including mom and dad Tom and Rosanne Norris.
The bench was not the only visible memento of Lee Norris' life present at the ceremony. Rosanne turned a number of Lee's shirts into stuffed animals, carried by his nieces. Photos from the dedication ceremony are HERE.
