Annual F.P. Donnelly Food Drive

Students and staff at F.P. Donnelly are currently competing to see who can collect the most food donations for the Food Bank of the Southern Tier. The third annual food drive/contest began February 10 and will conclude March 11.

The Food Bank sponsors our Back Pack Program and many other community organizations to help families in need. During our February CUBS assemblies we shared information about the Food Drive, discussed the importance of giving back to our community and working together as a team. Students are participating by making and coloring Food Drive Posters for our building to get the word out and get everyone involved excited. The list of non-perishable food items requested from the Food Bank is listed below and letters will be sent home soon with more detailed information.

Our goal as a school is to collect 900 items of food to give to the Food Bank, doubling our goal from last year. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support! If you have any questions please contact Stacey Stilloe, Donnelly School Social Worker at 775-9149.
