NYSSBA exhibit features talented trio of SV High artists

Works by three Susquehanna Valley High School art students are among the best of the best featured in an online New York State School Boards Association exhibit. The exhibit, sponsored by the New York State Art Teachers' Association, features works from Susquehanna Valley High's Megan Ketchum, Jackson Birtch, and Morgan Hoffman. This annual art exhibit recognizes the work of students in elementary and secondary schools in ten regions of the state, and were among the highlights of the New York State School Boards Association Convention. The show has pivoted to an online format, and school board members from around the state that attended the convention October 27-29 were able to see it there. NYSSBA is continuing to make the virtual exhibit available through the end of the year. YOU CAN SEE IT HERE! The SV artists' works are (from left pictured above): Dog (graphite) by Morgan Hoffman, Donda (graphite) by Jackson Birtch, and Megan (charcoal) by Megan Ketchum. All three are students of SV High School art teacher Joyce Russell.
