Our Capital Project: What You Need to Know

If you've been by the secondary campus in recent days, no doubt you've noticed a bustle of activity, as a great deal of work is underway in this phase of our voter-approved capital project. Site work, classroom renovations, HVAC updates, and the creation of our synthetic turf multi-purpose athletic stadium are in high gear. Anyone having in-person business to conduct at the secondary campus should bear in mind that access is more challenging than usual.

The District Office, the SV High School Main Office and the RTS Middle School Main Office are open as usual. However, because there is no parking available outside the high school, accessing these offices requires some temporary changes.
  • To access each of these offices, visitors will need to park near the middle school main entrance - along the access road and the grassy bank outside the wall of the school.
  • The middle school main office will be accessed as usual through the main entrance door.
  • In order to reach the high school main office or district office, visitors should follow the signs along the sidewalk that runs the length of the campus.

Please be aware that as construction progresses, access routes may need to be changed, perhaps even daily. It may be advisable to call ahead if you need to visit in person, or to consider conducting your business by telephone or electronically. We will do our best to be as accommodating as possible through these temporary adjustments.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to a grand opening at our new modern athletic facility in the not-too-distant future! You can follow along with the work by viewing construction images on our PHOTO GALLERIES page
