Submitted by Mrs. Cederholm

My class did a project when we studied the Revolutionary War.  We made little soldiers out of toilet paper tubes.  We researched the life of a soldier and what conditions were like during the war.  We also looked at various uniforms of both the American and British regiments.  Students then wrote a description of their soldier and his job, something concerning his surroundings or a fact about the Revolutionary War. They learned a lot by seeing the war through the eyes of a soldier.
