Brookside Elementary School was a very busy place April 30. That's when dozens of budding scientists in grades K-5 presented the fruits of their labor in the annual science fair. Experiments and demonstrations were set up in virtually every available space in Brookside's gymnasium as visitors browsed the varied projects. The Brookside PTA hosted light refreshments in the auditorium/cafeteria; teachers helped students get organized by volunteering for the Science Committee; school officials, teachers and guests served as science fair judges.
