• Discussed presentation to the BoE on Fiscal Advisors
• Concern on who is contact person for the appraisal with change in personnel (intimate knowledge of bldg., copy of 5 yr bldg. plans, etc)
• Some committee members interested in being present when appraisal walkthrough takes place
• Feedback from Budget Committee: Interested in Fiscal Advisors presentation
• Timeline
  • Awaiting appraisal contract signature
  • Cedarhurst needs to be cleaned out/organized
  • Currently, not items being moved in/out of bldg
  • Is an inventory needed? Mary Haskell to check on inventory as each teacher had to done one.
  • MaryJane Paske to check on Headstart grant deadlines (this could affect Headstart's ability to add classrooms)
  • Feasiblity Study needed – this would give more insight on how EXCEL aid should be utilized.
  • Feasibility Study, EXCEL aid, 5 yr plan, census – all linked together
