of the SPECIAL MEETING of the BOARD OF EDUCATION

of the

SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

Held in the Senior High School, Room 11

Conklin, New York, County of Broome

MEMBERS Mr. John Pollock

PRESENT: Mrs. Mary Haskell

Mr. Bill Yelverton

Mrs. Christine Moriarty

Mr. Kevin McGuigan

ABSENT: Mrs. Janice Young (personal)

Mrs. Eleanor Hamilton (business)

Mr. Raymond Storm (personal)

Mrs. Julia Bowers (personal)

ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Mark Gorgos, Legal Advisor to the Board

Mr. Pollock called the meeting to order at 7:23 p.m.

RECORD OF ATTENDANCE – Mrs. Moriarty made a motion, seconded by Mr. McGuigan, to accept into record the attendance for the October 30, 2006 Special Meeting of the Board of Education. Upon vote the motion was approved unanimously. (5 yeses)

Executive Session – Mr. McGuigan made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Moriarty, that the Board of Education meet in

Executive Session to discuss a pending personnel matter. Upon vote the motion was approved unanimously. (5 yeses)

At 7:31 p.m. the Board met in Executive Session

At 8:43 p.m. the Board returned to Regular Session

MOTION TO ADJOURN – Mrs. Moriarty made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Haskell, that the meeting be adjourned. Upon vote the motion was approved unanimously. (5 yeses)

There being no further business, Mr. Pollock adjourned the meeting at 8:44 p.m.
